Richard L. Knight is Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Knight Waste Services. As COO, his responsibilities include driver oversight and management, Department of Transportation and contract compliance. He also has oversight of equipment maintenance and service. Mr. Knight’s transportation management career spans over 20 years, including positions with J.B. Hunt Transport Dallas, Texas, Trans-States Lines Fort Smith, Arkansas, and USA Truck Van Buren, Arkansas.
Mr. Knight has previously served as a Director on the Board of the Fort Worth Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce and as a committee member of the Blue Zone Project (a well-being initiative) in Fort Worth, Texas.
